Greek Myth Chess

Originally, the main goal of this project to use the material I still have for this semester to create a work. I still have a piece of walnut wood from my wood class and two pieces of acrylic for this class. I think it will be an interesting combination of wood and acrylic. Then I decide to design a set of chess because I always want to buy a set chess but I cannot find a unique one. Therefore, I am going to make one for myself. At the beginning, I am only using regular design of cheeses. Then I remember I drew some chess pieces few years ago about Greek Myth theme. The idea of this project comes from an assignment I did for sketch class when I was in college around 3-4 years ago. As a result, I pick up this idea, simplify it for my final project.
